A 10.5 m drilling available for paleoclimatic studies. From preliminary investigations we know it covers a period from 11.500 years and it can be used as a climate archive. The isotope studies are based on the temperature reconstruction of the oxygen isotope ratio of alpha-cellulose prepared from peat moss. Due to the validation of the climate models with recent data, it is necessary to take fresh samples of the peat and precipitation.
